Then you have the TT which is the most evil and amoral faction in the game, they would sell you and your family if they can, (and they will). You have the Diktat which is just a dictatorship who broke off from the hegemony just for the profit of few, which is almost the same reason as the League. Tri-Tachyon is a corporation- never trust a corporation. The Diktat is an typical tinpot dictatorship complete with hedonists at the top and practical or literal slavery at the bottom. Only thing holding it's member states together is a common enemy. The League a sort of a temporary confederacy or defensive pact. There's a *chance at a reasonable outcome maybe a century or two down the line that I don't really see much of one with the other factions. Institutions beyond the necessary amount only make people more miserable, add noise to the social dynamics and slow down improvement of the present systems. Illegal substances breed mafias and cartels, authoritarianism breeds terrorists more often than not and so on and so forth.

Independants have the best stance, faction mentality is a remnant of tribalism, humanity must break free from it to progress to its greatest capacity, having increasing demands of others and overly restricting their behavior only contributes to spark conflict. (yeah I don't believe that whole "we are just a different type of democracy")Īskonia is not just an "oh well, stuff happens" and neither is Mayasura, those people are a menace.
